It's an enclosed basket ball / football court. It's just a shame that it's situated right next to woodland that's full of amazing wildlife, and it's a shame it wasn't an actual cage, perhaps then the woodland wouldn't have to suffer because of the housing estates neglect. And well dog poo bags are littered every where and rubbish all around . My apologies for being one foot into the grave, it's just the wildlife is amazing and I recommend a visit for a nice walk. Call the Wombles I think .
