I’ve been happily using this agency to manage a flat I own in Bristol. I value the attention to detail, (so necessary in complying with all the rules and guidelines when letting) that Andy Peters and Josh Box readily deliver with efficiency! They are quick to supply advice and answers when required - for that I thank them both!

Over all a really good experience letting through this company. Communication was superb and everything went very smoothly. Would recommend!

I just moved to the UK from the US and it was a super smooth process. Even easier than some of my experiences getting an apartment back in the states.

Writing this review as a landlord. Bristol Residential Lettings have provided me with a faultless service on each of my properties finding me perfect tenants. They have taken their time to understand my specific requirements - don't look for the maximum price, advertise just below, get it rented quickly to high quality tenant. They have offered good advice on the condition of the property and what to do. They also organised work and cleaning of the property when I was let down by my own tradesmen. Excellent in every way. I also know that my tenants have found them very good as well.

The staff are professional, organised and friendly. Starting a new tenancy with this agency has been a really positive and stress free experience. Would recommend!

I have rented my flat in Clifton with Bristol Res since 2016. I have always found them to be v professional, extremely responsive to tenant queries and good value. Although my flat is currently not with Bristol Res (as it is in the process of being sold) they have kindly kept a key for me and recently went above and beyond to visit the property to inspect for water damage sustained during the recent storms. Jess Watt (legend) provided me with photos of the interior and made a series of recommendations to ensure the safety of the property. I couldn't thank her enough. In summary, a very professional Letting Agency - highly recommended.

Useless. Didn’t fix any issues with the flat I was renting so I had to fork out to do it myself. No help throughout the tenancy. Then took 3 months after I moved out to actually email about my deposit. To which they charged me a ridiculous amount, especially considering the flat was left in better condition than It was found. Cowboys trying to make a buck by leeching off society.
