It was fun ,what I liked best was you were not hassled by ( can we help you ) as soon as you step into a shop.and it gave you plenty of time to find what you were looking for ..

Sadly I had a very unpleasant experience at this shop. The customer service is extremely poor and I was not made to feel welcome on entering the shop. During my consultation I was not helped in and out of the bridal dresses and when I came out of the changing room the dresses (most of which were huge) were pulled in by the shop assistant hands? Fortunately I found a sample dress in my size which I bought and paid for in full on the day. This is the only time the shop assistant seemed interested in me. After observing pictures of the dress when I got home I saw it had 2 large pulls in the material. When I called the shop they said they couldn't do anything about it as it was a sample dress. When I was paying for the dress I was never told to look over it for faults. Finally they agreed to pay towards the repairs. All this was making me feel uneasy about the dress and I called them to say I was having second thoughts and could they advise me what to do. I was told there was nothing they could do and if I tried to sell the dress myself 'I probably wouldn't get much for it'!! I paid £1200 and had not even worn it. A week later I received a text from the dress maker who was repairing it saying the shop had told her not to repair it as they thought I wasn't going to wear it anyway! After more phone calls I was offered to take the dress away with £100 towards repairs if (and I quote) 'they didn't see or hear from me again'. Girls if you are looking to buy a dress from here don't. A truly awful experience for what should have been a exciting purchase.

Beautiful dresses, the lady's there are lovely. My Daughter bought a lovely dress for a ball. Well worth a visit.

Great service and cant do anymore than the best for you, have had my bridesmaid dresses and my prom dress and my mums bridesmaid dresses here I will always come back

I recently visited the Bridal Room with my Mum and Vereena was so lovely and welcoming. She provided a wealth of knowledge and made me feel very relaxed and at ease when trying on the beautiful dresses. It was such a lovely experience and Vereena knew exactly what would suit me straight away. Thank you so much!

Went to The Bridal Room today for 5 bridesmaids dresses. The service we received from Ann and Laurie was absolutely brilliant. They were very welcoming, helpful. patient, friendly and they made our day brilliant. We was a large group and even during these times they really helped us out. Thank you so much ladies, you helped make it a really lovely experience for us 😊😊😊😊😊😊

Lovely lady. Very helpful & the dresses were gorgeous

So disappointed! When I went with my mum we gave a budget for the dress. The 2 ladies were then selecting the dresses as we weren't allowed to touch them! ( I was in the other 7 shops I went to) . I narrowed it down to my favourite only to be told it was £500 over the budget I mentioned. I was very disappointed and upset. One of the ladies went to speak with the manager and all they could offer was 10% off but I had to buy on the day. As I was upset that they didn't look at the price tag ( or did they as this was exactly what I asked for and hoped I got it) feeling rushed made it even worse! Future Brides and bride at home are a million times better !

Great dresses. Stacey is an amazing seamstress. She is so lovely and helped me to get the perfect fit for my dress and the dress was so beautiful.
