I absolutely love The Breathing Space. It is the most welcoming, friendly and inclusive yoga studio I’ve ever used. It’s more than just a place to ‘do yoga’. It’s a place to enrich your practice and be part of such a lovely community. I can’t do handstands or flip my leg behind my head whilst balancing on one hand... but that’s not what it’s about. Christine and Bel pride themselves on anybody being a yoga body and that’s what makes The Breathing Space so unique, no matter what your ability, physique or mentality you’ll be welcomed and embraced.

Bel and Christine's beautiful, calm and cosy studio is the perfect place to practise, whether you're a beginner or a more experienced yogi. As soon as you walk in the door you feel at home, everyone is very welcoming and there's a great sense of community. I've struggled to find the right mindset to practise yoga at home during the pandemic, which is why I can't wait for the studio to open again when it's safe to do so! I've really missed The Breathing Space! 💕

I was completely new to yoga when I first stepped into the studio just over a year ago and was a little nervous. Straight away I was made to feel comfortable, I was encouraged and nurtured and have been practicing regularly at Breathing space ever since. I came to yoga unfit and unhealthy and with the help of Bel and Christine at breathing space I am now fitter and stronger both physically and mentally, I would definitely recommend breathing space, you'll be sure of a warm welcome and won't regret it.

A beautiful studio ran by a lovely team of women. We were due to start baby yoga here but due to the new lock down this has been delayed, however we managed to squeeze in one of the workshops- flying babies. This aerial yoga for baby and I was one of the most magical experiences and we cannot wait to return for the baby yoga term. Highly recommend this studio!
