Good and complete facility BUT Worst customer service, hang up my phone while im talking, 3 times!!! Just unbeliveable! Very unrespected!!

Facilities very good, and good services, but the parking underground is bad, because you could park yourself in. That was a bit of an oversight.

Even though I have been a patient at this surgery for years, and have been nowhere else, I was informed yesterday I cannot make an appointment as I am a no longer a patient on the basis the prior couple times I had a physical appointment there, those particular doctors have left or retired. Consequently I am, in their opinion, a "new" patient and they are not taking new patients. This is terrible customer service.

I have been a patient of one the doctors here for 10 years and travel from Sydney to see them. I came in on Tuesday on behalf of my very sick mother and the service that I received was extremely cold and rude. Upon also seeking to see if I could see my doctor while in town I was told “she’s on annual leave and is fully booked when she gets back”. I understood she was on leave which is very well deserved, but There was no offer to even see if there was an appointment I could take in future. The attitude of this practice and their staff (not my doctor) has been shocking over the last year with no care or understanding provided. I have also had to make previous complaints of the phone manner. Putting Covid aside, there is a basic level of respect that can be given to patients and instead of the receptionists acting like they are guarding a jail. Take a bit of extra time to at least look at the file of the person you are speaking to before refusing access to their doctor. Treat patients as individuals.

A wonderful team of Drs and Administration staff who work hard to meet patient needs under the immense pressure that COVID has placed on our health systems. I have no doubt that this a very hard working, caring team try their best to meet everyone's needs with the available resources they have. Thank you

Bullied by arrogant nurse Janine. This woman needs urgent inser ice on how to treat patients with compassion and respect. Please have manager/owner contact me. Disgraceful behaviour.

They will kick you out after doctor retired. Terrible customer service.
