The Book Nook brighton

A brilliant bookshop with knowledgeable staff and a great range. I know them from doing regular events and have met world class illustrators. The on site cafe has a superb choice without charging the earth and I'd happily go there most weekends and take the kids for breakfast. The only drawback is the parking. There's mostly residential permit only around and the on street parking that isn't is in high demand. If you're lucky to get a space however it's £1 an hour so not too shabby.

Such a lovely little so with a great selection of books for kids of all ages, play area and cafe makes it easy to bring little ones along too. The staff were really helpful with recommendations and seemed to know every book they had on the shelves

A shop I always try and return to, the staff are so helpful and always have great suggestions for all the different stages of book sharing and reading my children have been through.
