I wish I could give zero stars but one will have to do. The owner of this place is awful. He is rude and aggressive. There are lots of beauty salons in Bristol; choose anywhere but here. The therapists are really nice but the atmosphere is toxic.

I had been given a present of money on my account from my parents which they will not honour even though it is still showing on my account and gifts vouchers are being refused (other friends have had the same problem). I received a text message on the 15th February 2018 stating that they would honour all vouchers and courses and had to be redeemed by the 5th August 2018 which they have reneged on. I have been going to the Body Centre of Clifton for years and now that they have been taken over by 'KAT' it has completely gone downhill. No one ever answers the phone, the staff from old have left, and the high standards the of past has vanished. I am completely disappointed and will never recommend having a treatment at this place. The owner is rude and aggressive when you try to talk to him. If I could give ZERO stars to the new owner of The Body Centre of Clifton "KAT @ bC" then I would. My advice - STAY AWAY!

Never had any trouble with this salon. In fact the waxing was the best I've ever had. So quick and everything gone! Every other treatment (massage, eyebrows, lashes, facials, spray tans etc) has been excellent and all the girls that work there are lovely

I have been going to the salon for years and they are usually great. However I bought a £50 voucher for a friend 's birthday on their website. I had email confirmation of this (and confirmation of its dispatch about 2 weeks later) however it never arrived. Payment was also never taken from my account. I have emailed several times to no avail. The 'comments' section online returns an error message when trying to complain. Consequentially I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have had LVL lashes at the salon and they were great - actually probably the best i've had. The first time I had Gel nails they were great too, however when I went back for a soak off and a reapplication of gel nails, they were mainly buffed and filed off instead of soaked which resulted in very weak nails and them splitting at the top and my cuticles bleeding! Its a shame but unfortunately I wont be returning because of this.

I had a terrible gel manicure over the weekend. within a couple of hours of me leaving the salon 3 nails had fallen off. It's been 2 days now and all bar 2 nails have peeled off. I was very careful not to pick at anything or do the washing up without gloves on and they have were barely hanging on the last 24 hours. When I requested to get some money back for this I was simply told no. Will absolutely not be going back.
