Before I started seeing Cindy for regular facials my skin was dull and I had regular breakouts. I had no clue what products to use and very little enthusiasm for skincare. She has transformed my skin and also turned me into a skincare enthusiast! She is a total miracle worker who uses the most beautiful organic products and works her magic with them. Her passion is infectious and I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Cindy is a rare find. A facialist who is smart intuitive, super professional and works with a potent organic skin care products - people -just book in ! Those who know about Cindy and her beautify hideaway book in advance so don’t be put off if the next appointment is a few weeks away. I was frustrated at first in our next day delivery culture but booked anyway. It is worth the wait and you will be transformed - mind body and spirit.

The Beauty Retreat on Middlewood Road is one heck of a beauty/pamper oasis in Sheffield - with its glamorous decor & atmosphere, the relaxing background music, Cindy's massage skills, the range of incredible products and the tips & advise that she readily gives for maintaining beautiful skin. Believe it or not I experienced my first ever Facial at the Beauty Retreat Organic Day Spa. l don’t know why it took me so long to pluck up the courage to enjoy such a relaxing treat for my skin. I’m in my mid sixties and truly thought that this would be way out of my comfort zone. I was immediately put at my ease by Cindy who welcomed me at the door and from that moment I felt that her professionalism, knowledge, experience and most importantly friendly disposition would mean that I could just breathe out and enjoy my new experience. I did thoroughly enjoy it and my family noticed my ‘glowing’ skin. I glowed all day and I’m looking forward to my next visit. Thank you Cindy.

Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for an amazing facial. I first started going to Cindy in preparation for my wedding and have seen such a big difference in my skin. I continued going after my wedding for maintenance but also because I enjoyed them so much! Cindy is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable on the products she uses. She can tailor the facial to meet your needs and as well as seeing a difference after every treatment, the environment is lovely and relaxing.
