The Beauty Lounge – Stoke-on-Trent

I visited here on last Sunday for a my Permanent hair straightener. UZMA did the great job for me. Used high quality products and gave valuable advices as well. The other lady Soni offered me a coffee. All the staff are very helpful and friendly.. Definitely can recommend for anyone. My hair still fabulous and shiny....

I went to beauty lounge for my eyebrows threaded and tinted. I have never been so embarrassed to walk out of a shop. My eyebrows look like what I can only describe as slugs. Luckily I have some good oil based makeup remover and I've managed to remove all of the excess dye after scrubbing for a while. The beautician barely communicated with me. Would not recommend this place, unfortunately.

Ive been going to this salon for years now and always got great service from Manju and another lady. I’ve just been in today walked into the salon greeted this new lady that I’ve never seen before and she totally ignored me. Didn’t even ask what I wanted. Then 2min of me sitting down another woman walks in she got greeted and asked what service she is after. I just stood up and walked out! Clearly the woman saw no value in my money or even serving me. I will never step foot in that salon again!

Me and family and friends always visited beauty lounge, for body waxing eyebrows and other service that was mainly done by Soni, ever since she left for maternity leave, we haven’t been to beauty lounge. She’s absolutely amazing at what she was doing, the only person I ever trusted to do my eyebrows was by Soni. I would really appreciate it to know when is she coming back to work. I hope she can see that how much we miss her and desperately wants her back to work.

Worst experience of my life couldn't wait get out! The staff were very rude and had attitude problems 1 of them had a face like a smacked arse so miserable, made us feel very uncomfortable will NOT return!!!
