The service is great, however the 2 appointments I have had have either been booked wrong or moved to different people. First time I called the salon to book in a wax with Cheryl, the date, time and treatment was confirmed to me on the phone however when I arrived for my appointment it was actually booked 2 hours later. My second time I booked online, to save the human error of the experience I had last time. I booked online for a wax with Cheryl however when I arrived at the salon I was told I wasn’t booked in with Cheryl. I showed my confirmation email and was told the appointment had been moved with someone else. I was told I needed to book both online then call the store and make sure I was correctly booked in next time. On both of these occasions I needed to put extra time on my car. The treatments are great and the girls are lovely, however bring some spare change for the car just in case you’re appointment isn’t booked correctly.

I managed to get an appointment last minute today for a Hollywood Lycon Wax. Never had one before. The treatment was amazing, almost painless, I was made to feel completely relaxed and comfortable. Will be back for another go! Would highly recommend this gem of a Salon to everyone. Thanks Ladies!

Lucy, Nail Beautician at The Beauty & Holistic Lounge is awesome. Professional, friendly and skilled. I booked in for a pamper manicure with OPI Gel. Not only was she informative about what she was doing, fast efficient service with a smile. Definitely recommend. Only negative is she's booked up fast.
