I had the skinpen procedure done, Hannah did a face consultation with me and was really friendly and genuine. The skinpen procedure itself was great, Hannah really reassured me, was so encouraging and was very patient and understanding throughout the whole procedure. She has also been very reliable with answering any instagram DMs Ive been sending her regarding my treatment. Gorgeous clinic, you can tell the owner(s) of the business (I'm assuming Hannah is the owner of the business) have really put time and effort into it, Hannah really wants her clients to be comfortable. Any other staff members in the clinic were friendly. The clinic is very covid 19 aware and very hygienic. Excited to see the results of my treatment and will be coming back for at least 2 more! Thank you Hannah for being great ❤

It was wonderful! The reception was immaculate and immediately calming. The ambiance created from the humidifier and music put me in a relaxing mood right away. Jess set up the room and led me in. I had booked an appointment for a facial. She was both professional and lovely to talk to. Everything was safe and the experience was something I would definitely want to have again. I've been going to The Beauty Haven for over three years and I cannot fault their service. I have everything from nails, facials and my eyebrows done here and I am comfortable with every therapist I've seen. The salon is immaculate, well organised and the girls are lovely. Couldn't recommend the place more.

I regularly visit this salon for a deep tissue back massage. The staff are friendly, the place is relaxing and clean! The prices are very reasonable and they do a fantastic job! Farren is brilliant and i genuinely walk out feeling a lot less tension in my back and shoulders. Thank you!

This is the second time I have visited the Beauty Haven and I had my first eyebrow lamination and HD brows experience ever with Hannah. I couldn’t be happier with the result. She was absolutely lovely and so patient with my rebellious brows. Cannot recommend her enough! Look forward to my next visit to the salon XX

HD Brow Sculp with Hannah was a very pleasant and relaxing pampering session. Hannah is an exceptionally friendly yet professional lady, who will make you feel at ease and relaxed the moment you walk through the door. This is very helpful if it is your first time at the salon or first treatment and you are feeling a little anxious. I am extremely satisfied with the results of the treatment and cannot stop looking at my new wonderfully defined brows. During the treatment, Hannah has explained step by step what she was doing, also answered all my questions (many of them) about other treatments I am interested to have in the future. The salon is very clean and modern, additionally, customers’ safety is taken very seriously through the clearly embedded COVID control measures, pre-treatment health checks and most importantly allergy patch testing. Hannah has demonstrated her passion for customer care and safety, and top-class beauty treatment for many others to follow. Thank you Hannah and look forward to seeing you again in 2022.
