Great service and professional approach to beauty! I have been visiting this beauty shop for over 3 years since I took my daughter with her friends for their prom prep. I was impressed. I still am! I got my shellac nails done and they were perfect. Loved them. Before that I got eyelash extensions and top ups. Excellent service! Well done team!

Fabulous. Everyone extremely friendly. Amazing salon, new and up to date . Treatments available are endless. Highly recommended.

Had the 10 Year celebratory Facial pack - it was a great experience! Very relaxing atmosphere, enjoyed it immensely, felt refreshed after.

The most outrageous service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been using the Beauty cabin prior to pandemic times and it’s been just above average. However when I came a month ago to do a patch test for my eyebrows they have managed to ruin my silk/cashmere jumper as the beautician/receptionist applied way too much tint on the plaster and it just soaked through leaving a forever black stain on my fav jumper. The way their management team and customer service have dealt with the issue just leaves me speechless. They made me feel blamed for the fact that I’ve used their services and I’ve wasted not only my jumper but most importantly a lot of my time (I guess they thought I work for them and I’m enjoying driving around drive cleaners in Cambridge) In he end they haven’t cleaned the jumper (as I’ve been telling them from day 1) and the compensation they have offered for the ruined item is just laughable. So def never using this salon again. And if you are planning please put on some Primark clothes and get ready for unfortunate accidents that nobody will be held accountable for anyway.
