Worst wax of my life. Not only did I not get what I asked but I left with wax still on me and a terrible job that I finished myself at home😂 10/10 would not recommend for waxing

Lady that did my eye brows was very nice but since I arrived early I was asked twice at different times by the ladies doing pedicures as to what if I had a booking and maybe I should go out until it was time (sat in store anyways). The process of the brows was fine but was shown on a bit of an angle my eye brows. So I thought they were fine. Until I cam home to realise she took too much hair from the start of the eyebrow and looks very uneven now. Wouldn't recommend getting waxing done here.

I was at this salon yesterday afternoon for SNS removal and to get a new one. The lady appeared nice but, unprofessional and unskilled at the job. While taking the SNS off, another customer came in to book an appointment and she stood up almost immediately to attend to the customer without excusing herself thus keeping me waiting. I ignored that. Then, I noticed she filed my nails very awkwardly, they appeared very ugly and she was struggling to take the sns off. I complained and she said she would fix it after the dipping process. The way the nails were, it wasn't going to turn out right after the whole process. So, I insisted that she filed it right and while we were talking some other staff there spoke to her in their language. She then informed me that the other girl will do my nails and she abandoned the job. Few minutes later, the staff who said she would do my nails came in with very angry look and she spoke to me very rudely. I told her that I would appreciate it if she spoke to me respectfully and she ignored me. She drilled my skin and I complained then she asked me if I still wanted her to continue doing my nails. I replied yes, just because I didn't want to walk away with my nails undone. She continued being rude to me just to get to walk away so, I had no other option than to stop the job then asked to see her manager but, she told me to come back if I want to see the manager. She informed me that they have been in operation for over 20 years without issues. My experience at this salon was horrific, staff are unskilled and very unprofessional.
