This guys are amazing, the reception staff are very nice and yes, they ask for your symptoms and yes they are not doctors but that also their job, I have never had an issue when phoning for an appointment (may be something to do with your attitude....) I have never had to see a doctor, its always been one of the nurses and they are just fab! I can not fault them at all.

I've been with this surgery for over 15 years. I have always found all reception staff, GP's and allied health professional staff helpful and pleasant and have never had any difficulty getting an appointment appropriate to my situation. GP's are exceptionally busy and many minor ailments and conditions don't need a GP. If people would take responsibility and look at alternatives such as their local pharmacist in the first instance the telephone triage system would work very well as it has done for me any time I have required to use it.

I’ m absolutly shocked at the service they provide and their processes of booking an appointment. Is impossible to see doctor, I^ve tried 5 times arrange the appointment during one month NO CHANCE.Recepcion staff at this GP practice are rude, they asked about symptoms...The doctor informed by phone that I can take emergency appointment only if I have problem with breathing or heart attack...Shock. Now I know why this practice is always empty, I was there 3 times -zero People. Please BE Avoided.

People are always quick to give bad feedback but I feel that it's equally important to give good feedback. I cannot fault this practice, from the reception staff to the doctors and nurses. I have been with this practice for a number of years now and have during this time had vsrious different conditions that need to be managed with regular medication and reviews and cannot fault them in anyway. I always manage to get an appointment or speak to a doctor, repeat prescriptons are always done very quickly. Reception staff could not be more helpful!

My wife and I joined this practice earlier this year. Our experience is night and day compared to our previous GP practice. When sharing our experience with friends etc., we just can't praise the staff and doctors enough. Sure, staff like the rest of us can have their off days. None of us are perfect thats why we need doctors.

Great GP practice! Never had any problem to contact them, the doctor always calls back and have been able to see doctors in person usually within a week. Reception staff are lovely too.

Absolute Shambles of a place! I've had doctors laugh in my face about my med conditions, doctors telling me to buy stuff off internet to treat my illnesses. I put in for my meds last Friday... the 1st attempt they sent them to the wrong chemist, finally got that sorted then when they got the right chemist, they sent the wrong meds. Phoned at 8.30am spoke to receptionist told to phone after lunch, prescriptions still not ready, called back at 3.45pm told I could go collect prescriptions got there & still not ready!! Finally got them at 5.30pm! Nothing important just for epilepsy, antidepressants, metformin, blood thinning, pain killers & sleeping pills. Their attitude was that I could've just waited until next Wednesday for them.

Ever since the pandemic, i have noticed the GP's at this particular practice have become increasingly rude and dismissive. The manner in which I have been spoken to on the few occasions I have required their service is beyond abysmal. On two occasions, the two separate GP's spoke to me like I was a mentally compromised child, to the point of being called a "liar" because I failed to remember a certain small detail from a previous phone appointment! I'm the spouse of a retired consultant gastroenterologist, so not exactly a numpty. Their entire modus operandi seems to be one of implementing bullying tactics and talking loudly over the patient, to put off patients from calling and the GP's themselves from having to do any actual work. These tactics have certainly worked on me! Seems they are literally making up the most asinine excuses to avoid doing the job they're being paid for. Just sat, hiding away in their offices, kidding on they're "busy." Aye. Busy deciding what type of biscuit goes best with their cuppa! The quicker GP's are replaced by robots, the better!
