I’d avoided the dentist for a while but when I attended the bank practice the staff were very welcoming and professional. Sally, Jo and Gemma and the reception team made me feel at ease. Highly recommend

5/ 5

I had an appointment with Louise the Hygienist on Friday 2nd July 2021 and Ellie the Dental Nurse. They both did a really great job and I am so grateful. This was a very thorough Hygienist appointment and my teeth feel much better. I am so grateful that Louise noticed on my previous appointment that I was getting gum disease and I have really spent a lot of extra time cleaning my teeth. My Hygienist appointment on Friday left my teeth in perfect condition and so clean. Louise was happy with the improvements I had made in order to stop the gum disease from spreading. Both Louise and Ellie are excellent and made me feel that everything was going to be ok which it was. I highly recommend them both and look forward to my three month review. Louise was also kind enough to apply some gel to my upper gum which was sore. I had burned it but did not know on what. I am so very grateful. I would also like to say how kind and helpful Laura on Reception is. With all the wonderful staff here it really is a great dental practice to go to. Mr Hafner is a gentleman and I am so happy my friend recommended me a few years ago to Bank Dental Practice for all my Hygienist work.

Disappointed with the secretary at this location. As a new immigrant to this country, I am not an already registered patient as I am new here. Despite things being different due to covid, and understandably so, being friendly however should not be one of the things affected by covid. They are not welcoming to new patients - and the secretary is extremely rude. When calling because of a genuine tooth emergency, I was met with no sympathy and no kindness. They made me wait a week (even though they knew the tooth was getting worse day by day) before telling me to try somewhere else. Because I’m not a registered patient, there was no sense that they were going to try to help me. Being a new immigrant here was to my disadvantage. I do not recommend.
