AVOID!! Used to find this place good but recently they have been opening later and later and not having anything ready when they do open. I asked for one of their baguettes off the standard menu and was met with the response of "they were too busy doing other things"! Like what, as it certainly wasn't keeping customers happy. As as result we went else where and they lost out on 3 regular meal deals. Really bad grumpy attitude of server Claire Murray in there.

Disgusting that when I asked to fill a baby bottle with boiled water to give my baby the milk (ordered 2 seconds before a coffee), they tell you that there is a charge of 20p and this apparently is a company's policy. First time this ever happened to me in this country. This was in the baguette Co in the L&D hospital...they also could learn how to make a good coffee...will never go back.

Unfortunately the baguettes are not baked to perfection and the fillings are boring and never change. The baguettes are underbaked and they stick to the roof of your mouth. Baguettes should be golden brown in colour and crunchy on the outside. Their baguettes are yellowish white and very doughy. This makes them very expensive and you do not get what you pay for. Will not be buying them anymore.

It's was OK. The baguettes are over prices but the staff is friendly. Their oven seems to be permanently broken, so they cannot warm up the food.
