Nice room with comfortable beds and access to a private terrace. The bathroom was in the hall which was share (the hall) with another room. One could have hear anything from the bathroom or from the room upstairs. Breakfast ok but continental, nothing British.

Booked the place and wanted to go there the same day. Booking confirmed, had to be there after 14:00, but the owner wasn`t. Had to wait half an hour for them to come and give me keys. Had to wait to receive parking sticker cuz i would be fined if not have sticker (as promised from the property). Lack of organisation. The actual place was not that bad, seen bether but the strugle to get my invoice is even bigger than the one to get in to the place. 3 phone calls and no answer on any of them. 2 Emails again no answer. Even gave my Email to one of the employees working in the bar while i had my breakfast. Just to have that invoice.. Month later - still no word from them. 1 star is too much for the strugles i`m having with that property..

Lovely little place in a convenient location for the business i had to take cate of. Only downside was the ladybirds nesting in the single glazed window frames. If im up there (bristol) again i would happily stay here

Cosy and clean BnB. We were satisfied by the quality of service as in cleanliness, range of breakfast, and the modern furniture. It is within convenient distance to the centre. We fell in love with the studio and this influenced a lot our mood towards Bristol. Definitely will go back in future!

It's a lovely place, with large rooms, comfy beds and continental breakfast. Our ground floor room had a garden as well, which was most welcome during a hot summer day. The staff is really helpful and polite.
