Walked in to make appointment as i broke tooth on saturday. Never been there before but didnt want to go to my previous dentist, i am petrified of dentists, while booking appointment a cancellation phoned in and i ended up with an appointment within 15 minutes!! Was put at ease by the professionalism and kindness of all the staff, and hopefully saved my tooth!!

I was referred to this clinic to get my roots extracted, as my tooth had crumbled for various reasons. I was really nervous until I was put at ease by a fantastic dental surgeon, Emma Varga. Despite the dentist not being a place most of us want to go to, this is the most amazing experience I have ever had. I was put at ease, everything that was going on was explained, and I was continuously asked if I was okay. Thank you so much Emma Varga.

Not happy with the times of opening. Closes at 5pm and Friday at 1pm. Not user friendly for people who will struggle to get time off work. Friendly dentist but others in the area offer better flexible opening times and consider the patients more.

Went for tooth extraction. Dentist and dental nurses really put me at ease and it was over so quickly.

Called theses today very friendly service got the advise I need also changed dentists with theses today after my other dentist keep fobbing me off prenton dental practice I would highly recommended theses seem like a really friend dentist

Had 2 teeth removed yesterday, very happy painless and great service.

I was pretty nervous to have some wisdom teeth out and my surgeon here put me right at ease. Great dental surgery. Give you all the best after care info and make the surgery itself quick and painless. Anyone worried about tooth extraction, don’t be. They’re amazing here, didn’t even realise it was done.

Was referred here to have a broken tooth and a separate root removed. From the first referral phone call everything was sorted by e-mail. I just called when I arrived and was let in, e-ray done and and treatment was first class Emma Varga is such a wonderful oral surgion that explained everythnig and put me at ease, extractions went really well and I was out again in no time.

Referred for removal of cracked wisdom tooth. Consultation and subsequent surgery were first class. I can only give my sincere thanks for a job well done and my highest recommendation.

Tried to visit for my appointment this morning. There was a number to call to be let inside. Tried to call 12 times whilst outside and every time it was engaged. Meanwhile 4 staff walked by the door and blatantly ignored me. Waste of time. Staff need to do their job, this is unacceptable behaviour. Won't be returning.
