Overall a bad experience. The girls that did my hair was lovely.. my hair however was nowhere near what i asked.. its short at back long at front and not the style I asked for.. ive spent alot of time upset by how it looks.. I'm getting it fixed by a hair dresser next week. Ontop of that when I got home my partner asked what was on the back of my trousers.. it was a purple dye..i washed pants a couple times through wash and tried stain remover.. didn't come off.. I decided to email them.. there response was that the dye must if come from elsewhere. I went straight home after getting my hair done so this isn't true. Now I have wrecked hair and my new pants are damaged.. :(

Finally found a keeper of a hair salon. Fantastic atmosphere and excellent , professional stylists making me feel at ease and looked after. My hair has never looked better and the vibrant colour always gets compliments. Highly recommended!

I’ve been here twice in the last week, once for a full body massage and the next time for a facial. Both were for 60 mins and 100% value for money. The women who worked on me were polite, excellent at their craft and offered useful advice afterwards. I have already been in touch to book another treatment for later this month! Great place and couldn’t recommend enough 💕

I had a groupon voucher and i booked a facial in aswell as it was on offer. Both treatments were fabulous!!! Best facial ive had, it was so relaxing! The products feel and smell amazing. The stylist was lovely, and listened to what i wanted. She did a fab job, (im a hairdresser and im fussy!!) Will defo go back. Might even get another facial! Thank you ladies. X

I have had two experiences with The Arch and it’s fair to say I’ll be back every month getting my hair done! The atmosphere and service is absolutely incredible. I want to say a special thanks to Cheila who was made my whole experience so warming and lovely. I can’t wait to be back in December to finish off my colour!
