Absolutely terrible. We went for a "special" 2020 night and it is dark, cramped, smelly and over priced. We ordered 2 vodka and lemonades, they were £9!! We decided to go elsewhere despite paying £18.50 for a drink, to enter and hang up our coats! The toilets are disgusting and overall the place was trash. I would not ever recommend.

Experience ruined because the bouncer stole the cash from my pocket when searching me. Otherwise it was a reasonable club, but I won't be returning.

2/ 5

The security at the arch is very rude and they do not look after the guests. There was a large crush of people in the smoking area and lots of girls got crushed and had panic attacks but security did nothing and shouted at us for trying to move out the area. Also, we had to queue for special wristbands which we had pre booked to give us free entry but due to the unorganised atmosphere, we missed the time causing us to pay for entry. This queue was unorganised with lots of people jumping and was in the pouring rain making the experience at the arch very unpleasant.

Tried to go to Congo Natty, waited a year and a half top go to this event just to be kicked out for no reason, waited over an hour in the queue just to be kicked out consecutively and the security guard threatened to 'kick my head in' if I kept asking about my ticket and I just got refused entry. Security guards think they're amazing and need to have some power blocked as I have wasted 14 pounds to not get let in for no reason and the guy threatening to kick me in for literally doing nothing, cheers.
