My partner and I just bought a home in Bath through the Apartment Company. From the beginning, Paige was very friendly in showing us around and answering all of our questions about the flat and area. We went back for a second viewing, and both times she was early and smiling. When we put in our offer, Sharon immediately responded and we got an answer back with the acceptance within about 20 minutes. From there, Sharon as well as Christina who covered while Sharon was away were extremely helpful and guided us through the process. They followed up regularly with both sides to ensure we were all on the same page and aiming toward a quick completion (6.5 weeks in the end). Up to completion Sharon also chased the solicitors on both sides multiple times when it was difficult to get a response from them directly. Even after our purchase, everyone on the team kindly asked after us and wished us well with the flat. Overall a great experience with the Apartment Company, and we would greatly recommend!

Tenants and landlords look no further. You will not find greater professionalism, swift communication, industry experience and teamwork anywhere in Bath. Nicola Wilkes (Lettings) and Sharon Clesham (Sales) run a very slick operation and whatever your needs (a new home to rent or letting a new or existing rental property) they will guide you through the process to complete satisfaction. I say this having been a landlord with them for many years and recently been introduced (by Nicola) to another investment opportunity. I am nothing short of amazed by the sleek communication between Sales and Lettings and myself (these ladies know more about property than anyone you’ll meet in Bath and they and their teams are a real pleasure to work with). What I want out of rental property is a great investment but ONLY if my tenants are happy. I need them well looked after and at the top of my agent’s priority list.
