What a great professional friendly service

I had the root of a tooth extracted on Monday night there…what a warm friendly professional service from helpful reception through to dentist and her assistant.i was very anxious before this but was put completely at ease…the whole process and procedure was explained to me and it was over before I knew it! I can honestly say I didn’t feel a thing thank you all and I will highly recommend Mrs mooney

Best dentist experience ever

I never thought i’d ever leave a review for getting a tooth pulled but this dentist definitely deserves it. I was referred by my dentist and ended up paying to go private at the Albion and it was worth it! I had read such positive reviews before arriving but did not expect it to be this good of an experience. Katrina removed my back tooth totally painlessly, she was so kind and patient and made me totally at ease. My first experience of having a tooth removed was extremely easy and dare i say it enjoyable?! The other lady, I think her name was Eva, was also so so kind and gave me all of the aftercare tips i needed and which also put me at ease

Truly professional service throughout. I didn't have to wait, had a big molar taken out and was finished in less than twenty minutes. Very kind and supportive dentist and dental nurse, they explained everything, and made sure I was happy to go ahead. I was worried before, reassured during, and happy afterwards. Excellent staff and super Doc. My doc was very kind, helpful and naking sure I m as comfortable as possible without even a single hint of pain. Wisdom tooth extracted today in the most convenient way., just 10 mins. This is a busy clinic throughout the day so hats off to the hard working staff for being patient and friendly the entire day!

No issues with the staff or procedures I've had done but the timekeeping is terrible, I've never actually been seen by a dentist until at least 30 minutes after my appointment time. Probably spent close to 4 hours in total just sitting in the waiting room.
