Oh my goodness! What an incredible sanctuary of relaxation, I came in and had the mothers day special with Grace. A huge thank you to our wonderful front in house manager, such kindness and a beautiful welcome. First thing i was impressed with is how professional and how well Grace communicates. She made me feel very welcome and I felt like I could 100% trust her professional opinion. After the treatment i felt like I was walking on clouds. Grace later gave me an evaluation of how my body is initially and what to expect over the next few days! 4Elements has gained a loyal customer! To top it all off they offer beautiful refreshments along with a gorgeous macaroni that I must try my next appointment! THANK YOU!

I’ve been here 3 times and definitely plan to come back more. Each of the massages I’ve had have been perfect. The therapists are kind, and have an understanding of what you need, and also listen to your requests for areas to focus on and the pressure you want to be applied. The space is also extremely clean. Highly recommend to anybody needing relaxation or muscle relief!

Absolutely amazing massage with amazing service. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and the establishment has a very calm and welcoming vibe. The massage was perfect and they accommodated us when my husband and I asked to be in the same room. Cannot recommend this place enough, will definitely be back when we come to Sydney again. I visited this place after a long day on my feet and they sure did deliver on providing a fantastic service. The guy at the reception is very warm and hospitable, the masseuse was very professional and m attentive. She was very mindful of applying the right pressure according to what I wanted and she sought to provide a service that would make my happy. I would recommend anyone to go here. I will surely come back here when I’m in the area.

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! I've never had such an effective and relaxing Thai massage like this. Grace had the perfect medium pressure. Strong enough to work on those knots, soothing enough to put you to sleep. Her techniques are spot on. Not to mention the comfortable and quiet rooms. Bonus: the macaron and tea after the massage. I get massages regularly, and all different types of massage. I prefer males for their strength, but Grace is easily the best. I can't wait to come back.
