I was recommended to Thai Jasmine by a friend as I suffer lower back issues and I have to say Nicky is amazing.. I am not a fan of being massaged and find it hard to relax but I found the shop a relaxing place and the staff really professional and after a couple of sessions her deep tissue massage helped relieve issues I've suffered with for some time... I would highly recommend this treatment for anybody who suffers sciatica issues.. I cannot thank Nicky enough...

I had a massage here before the lockdown and have to say it was amazing.....Had a problem with my hip and could hardly walk but after my 1st visit I was completely out of pain and felt great....Very professional service and would highly recommend. Thank You So Much For Your Help

I visited this place prior to lock down. The lady I saw was rushing and did a poor job. I went for a massage to help with my sciatica but felt worse after the massage. No attention to detail even though I had advised the masseuse about my issue. The reviews on here say it all. Will be booking elsewhere when the massage centres reopen.

Been here 3 times for a massage, great service, friendly staff, awesome massage. On the last visit (before lockdown 2) I went with a friend who is a massage therapist herself, her words, "best Thai massage outside of Thailand". Recommend Thai Jasmine, 5 stars 😊

To show this review is genuine I have attached all of the emails corresponding to this place both from Google and other companies around the booking. Awful experience. These guys didn't even greet me upon entry until I asked another customer what was going on. Then, they said they weren't expecting me, the receptionist was eating at front of house. I arrived at 4pm, ready for my BOOKED 4pm appointment. Then they said "10 minutes". At 4.30 they were just about ready to massage me and then the masseuse decided to attack me verbally when I asked a third time "sorry how long is it going to be as I need to be somewhere later on". She said she didn't want to massage me and stormed off after shouting at me. Further to this, there was a fly in my massage room and the toilet made me heave as it smelt of fish. The worst experience of my life. The receptionist was kind and nice but in all honesty, making me wait 30 minutes is a shambles and the hygiene in the place was poor. Never going back, it was a disgrace. **Reply to the owner's response** I actually went to a sports massage place 4 minutes away from your place afterward and had the best service I've ever had from a massage place. You have Feefo 5star rating on your website yet you still didn't know I was coming to your place for a massage. I explained gently that I needed to be somewhere which was why I kindly asked a few times as you obviously knew that I was already running late. The fact you're asking me to look in the mirror is diabolical, your customer management skills are so poor. As for your staff member, I felt embarrassed to have her shout at me for absolutely no valid reason other than me saying "sorry how long is it going to be as I have somewhere to be" - you should realise that people book online slots for a reason, because they have a life that includes schedules and your massage parlour also says "appointment only.". I also called up after I booked and one of you guys picked up and confirmed it was fine - I will be reporting you if you respond any further blaming me and I will also be contacting feefo directly now that you have been so rude to me. the fact I was booked for 4pm and didn't have anybody ready for my massage until 4.30pm is poor - wasted over 1 hour of my life for nothing, but luckily I found a 5* sports therapy place nearby which is professional and didn't contain aggressive workers like yours.

Once again I have had a wonderful massage at Thai Jasmine, I left feeling great Ican’t praise the place highly enough.

Been here for the 1st time recently, easy to find and park. Was met by very pretty and friendly staff. I had a firm as requested oil massage by Jessi, was very good and worked hard on my neck and shoulder where l get aches and pains. Jessi is very attractive with a big smile, definitely left with a spring in my step, and a bottle of ice cold water! I’ll definitely be returning soon.

Pai gave me a great massage. I will definitely be coming back and recommending it to my friends and family.
