Front receptionist wasn’t very friendly, but the massage staff was very nice. The two stars are because the massage itself wasn’t very nice, more sliding than an effective massage.. but maybe I wasn’t clear; but the bigger issue was the lack of respect for privacy. We booked the couples message and were left in the room to undress, after we’re almost done to find the door next to us wasn’t fully closed. Also in the middle of the massage they opened the door a few times while people were walking by. From some might not be an issue but we didn’t appreciate that at all.

I was able to walk in on a weekday morning without an appointment. Fantastic. After 30 minutes with the masseuse my chronic stiff neck and headaches shifted so I was then able to enjoy my weekend in Canberra. I'll definitely visit next time I'm staying at QT hotel.
