What’s the point of ringing up making an appointment ahead of time, to arrive and be greeted rudely and begrudgingly when you get there, and left waiting with no apologies or even a time frame given for half an before you have to leave because you had somewhere to be. appointments should always take priorities over walk ins and i don’t understand how anyone is supposed to feel welcome with that attitude

Got nails done about a week or so ago and they broke within two days. They started to hurt extremely bad and I had relatively large gaps between my nail bed and the fake nail. They also left drips of the nail powder under my nail which wasnt comfortable... Had to get them professionally removed and wasted $70 on the nails and $20 to get them removed.. I was shattered because a friend paid for them for me to help improve my mental health as I've had a rough year and I feel it was a waste...

Chair massage was pretty good. Pedicure was a footwash and nail polish, pretty poor. No footscrub. Eyebrow wax was amateurish at best. Communication very very poor. Not going back. No recommendations.
