TGF Car Wash & Valeting Centre brighton

The worst car wash experience I've ever had. I usually valet my car myself but I recently haven't had the time. As I park in Russell Road anyway I thought I'd give these guys a go. Mistake. I paid for the "Platinum" service. When I got back (I left the car at 10am and got back at 4pm), most of the inside hadn't been cleaned (still fingerprints on switches etc). Then I saw the paintwork. It appeared that it had been polished and waxed, possibly with a scourer because the whole car is covered with scratches. All over the bonnet, roof and both wings. What the hell? The guy obviously denied all knowledge and said that because he once cleaned a Lamborghini it could not possibly have been him and it must have been like that when I dropped it off. Utter nonsense. I take very good care of my car and there is no way it was in that condition before. I then had to pay £50 for the privilege. I'll be taking it to a bodyshop to see what they say and I'll be seeking legal advice on how to proceed to get the damage sorted out. Avoid this place like the plague.

The car was perfectly clean, finished on time, and was good value. The location of the valet is not clear when driving down the street, as it is within the car parking building.
