My favourite Tesco Superstore. It has a wide selection of goods at reasonable prices. Plenty of offers available. You can also use petrol station and buy lottery. Rarely you have to wait more than 5 minutes in the queue to pay. Very good size car park. Unfortunately, there are very few bus options available. Walking distance to Blackbird Leyes and Cowley. They keep on changing locations of product which is quite annoying.

it was never great but it used to be a whole lot better. If it wasnt cheap I doubt anyone would go. The main problems are; too many products crammed into too little space; very unhelpful staff sometimes; self-service checkouts constantly malfunctioning; quite dirty.

It’s a really nice place. Fantastic store. Shop here regularly. Plenty of items to choose from. Store always clean and tidy. Staff always pleasant and friendly. If you need help looking for something the staff will take you to item you require. Also my mother and I use the pharmacy. What a outstanding service they supply. The staff are brilliant. Plenty of car park spaces. All in all a first class store.

Now had too many bad experiences with staff at self checkout tills, latest was this morning, rude unhelpful and disrespectful, I got an item which wouldn’t scan, the lady said I would have to put in a long sequence of tiny printed numbers myself and refused to help when I said I couldn’t read them, as the items were all supposed to be for one meal I didn’t want any of the items as there was no point continuing and having to go to another shop for that one item, especially as she refused to help, she may be busy but the job is to help, the tills with staff who would have punched in the numbers had too long queues.she then said Lord Jesus very loud and proceeded to criticise me in earshot of myself and other customers to the guy who actually does normally work hard collecting trolleys, I told her I could hear her and her response was far from apologetic. You have lost a customer who spends thousands a year.

COVID playground. Barely anyone wearing masks and hell of a lot of people coughing everywhere. Also no social distancing, people clearly can’t read the HUGE entrance and exit signs at the doors. Plus some of the staff are just as bad as the customers

The accessible disabled loo was inaccessible and very disabled. A big bin at side of toilet to couldn't reverse into space to use toilet, couldn't turn wheelchair round to move bin and shut door behind and kept setting handsfree taps off, whilst trying to get on and off toilet. Absolute disgrace!!!!😡
