Today my 86 year old mother was taken by me to this store to buy a mobile phone The phone is the easiest usable model the store has. The stores have a no paper instruction ideal now This was not told to my mother when buying the phone she asked this question. The phone bought my mother tried to set up. I helped her. Without instructions could not be done. We rang the Bradford store to be told no paper instructions through all panic over silly global warming panic. Told we must do on line . Neither of us computer literate. Now have phone can't use. We are absolutely disgusted with Tesco policy and won't use its stores again

Lots of free parking available. Free to use cash machine outside. Good customer service. Friendly staff always willing to help. A clean store. Lots of choice. Isles are always well stocked. A little expensive though when compared to other supermarkets.

I like the store and the items that Tesco have but some members of staff are awful. I was with my partner who is a person of colour, and a member of staff decided to stand right behind us when scanning are shopping, she was looking over our shoulders and breathing down our necks plus tutting every few seconds, we decided to pack later and put our items straight in the trolley, however when there were other people in the self scan section she didn't do what she did with us. She should be ashamed of herself for clearly assuming we were doing something illegal just because we are an interracial couple.
