As Tesco's go, this is at the top end. The shelves are always stocked, isles and flooring are clean and food is always clearly rotated by date. Occasionally the cashiers get overwhelmed, but I'm sure this is due to staff cuts rather than staff ability!

Night shift worker Karen is the best! Always welcoming, always having a laugh and willing to go the extra mile to help. She deserves a pay rise.

I really don't like this Tesco, the isles for food are mismatched, some of the isles aren't even labelled. The veg and fruit sections are confusing as well, you might find the same type of product in two different places; everything is just jumbled. Also, this place attracts a loud crowd, more specifically - yelling, pushing, swearing families. Every time I come in here, I feel uncomfortable and confused. I usually choose to shop elsewhere

Customer services when I took two items back was disgraceful, I was told I couldn’t take them back as I didn’t have a receipt, one item some awful tasting fish and the other being a blender that was too small so needed to get a bigger one. The attitude of the man who served me made me feel like I never want to use this store again, I felt stressed and didn’t expect to be spoken to like he did, I asked to speak to the other assistant and she was really nice and sorted everything out for me. I think he needs to have some training as he didn’t think I had any rights at all and to change his attitude.... Milton Tesco.... around 3pm 3/4/2019

This is a very good place to shop at if your hungry or need a Drink, if you coming from M6 or M11 just take the Milton Exit and take the 2nd exit, You could shop anything you want or even drink Costa there, they have Costa built in. If I’m hungry I would definitely go there as it’s only like 500m away from the motorway. Definitely come here for a Snack

I've been using this branch of Tesco since the day after it opened back in the late eighties. For an average sized branch of Tesco it stocks a wide variety of products, more than you would suspect. The store has undergone several renovations, including the coffee shop and the petrol station. Never had a bad experience here. The pharmacy team are very good. The only negative is the access round is really windy, which is annoying and sometimes feels unsafe.

A good store but terrible H&S measures. Why is it the people who look the most diseased and filthy are the ones who refuse to wear masks? Newsflash scumbags of Milton: no one likes wearing them. But we wear them regardless. Security really should step up their game now that rules have changed again. They obviously don't as they would lose a lot of business. About 1/3 of customers here look like they'd sell their child for 1 once of tobacco.
