No covid measures what so ever, large families and kids running around, people trying on clothes, you'd never think we were in the middle of a pandemic. Didn't feel safe there what so ever.

Fuming would be an understatement, bought a turkey yesterday for Christmas dinner, and it's completely gone off today (and not just something a rinse can sort) kept in fridge overnight, tomorrow's date on it (wasn't reduced paid full price) I'm not one to say ruined our Christmas but this could have seriously ruined our Christmas, we've got other meats bought at a different time but I am so disappointed with this. Turkey was kept in the end section of the aisle so assume it wasn't keeping the meat cool enough or improper storage whilst being taken around the store. Will be phoning customer services as soon as they reopen.

Very rude dark haired woman on the till in the Café today, full on attitude with my friend and also myself. Was almost as if we were more of a hinderance than a paying customer. Hand on the hip, monotonous tone - not the best! Food on the other hand was as lovely as ever!
