The Pharmacy telephone number appears to be that of the main store rather than the Pharmacy. A call on the number was unanswered for about 25 minutes today. Times of opening of the Pharmacy as given are apparently incorrect. Advice given by telephone today is that the Pharmacy closes between 1 and 2 at lunchtime. A message could not be taken, even at 13:58. To avoid potentially serious problems, I respectfully suggest that the above should be reviewed by both the management of the Pharmacy and that of the Store.
