Cannot get that car wash to work maybe it's because I have no idea where I'm supposed to tap my card

Cannot get that car wash to work maybe it's because I have no idea where I'm supposed to tap my card, but given the fact I've tapped everything on the bloody machine you'd think I'd hit it by accident. Anyway it tells me to go forward but nothing happens. I'm guessing other people have the same problem with it because there is never the queues that there used to be.
