.This store has gone downhill in the last few years. Often there is no one on the checkouts and it is self service only, particularly in the morning. I have often seen older people walk straight out of the store when they see it is self service only. The member of staff manning the self till is often overwhelmed and queues are long. More of the previous, friendly staff have left. The shelves are poorly stocked,. Although this is a metro, many people use it for main shopping as uxbridge is a high residential town centre. To be blunt Tesco's need to pull their finger out and sort this shop out.

Poor customer service at lunchtime, waited in one queue where the assistant needed training, no supervisors to be seen. Got half my shopping then sent to customer services for my last alcohol item. Waited in another queue, when I finally got served, customer services called a supervisor. 5 minutes later the supervisor arrived said "I'll go and check" then started a conversation with the security at which point I threw in the towel and left without my item. In short poor training, no urgency very disappointed.

The tellers are very friendly, however the range is rather limited. I can't buy truffle sauce here, and no fresh chives two days running. Stationery is very overpriced. Store is very clean and the basics are all here at reasonable prices.

A go-to grocery shop. Tesco offers more variety of options than Lidl imo. Here I found shallots and red chilli when I couldn’t find it at other grocery stores. And they usually have more things in stock, too. The price is not too bad, either.

Feel for the staff here, there never seem to be enough of them... The experience is a little bit like being caught in a riot. Grumpy staff and grumpy aggressive customers. Also regularly out of stock of stuff these days.

This used to be good. Shopping there since 1997. But now shelves are mostly empty. No staff on checkouts. Have self checkouts but don't appear to want to open tills. Also now changed to Tesco Express so prices have gone up ALOT. So after 24 years I will go to Sainsbury. Tesco I am not the only one leaving you. Some of my neighbours feel the same. AND Saturday And Sunday you had no 2 pint semi skimmed. This is not the first TIME.

Payed this store a visit last Monday and it was an okay-ish experience, the reason for taking off three stars because I noticed two particular items were a day past the day before and the staff member served me at the till was really rude. I will have to contemplate coming back.
