Best watermelons in West London! And Mo is a total legend, especially with the elderly. He is the sweetest, most helpful and most enthusiastic person in the whole store! If I could give Mo 100 stars I totally would!

This is a great store I often visit few times a week. Minus one star because you have stopped selling my favorite beetroot and often out of avocados.

Has potential to have great chocolate croissants but in this branch they are always over done which is a shame or they are not ready for the morning or don't make enough. A few months later taking star off as they stopped almost burning the croissants for 2 months but now they are back at it making them taste like cardboard. Twickenham branch does them perfectly.

A small to mid sized tesco that provides a good variety. There is still space for a customer service desk and it's worth noting they do a self service salad bar. (In my experience, Tesco tend to do this very well). Although I didn't see any self service points, the store didn't appear overly busy although of course expect this to change at peak times.

Beware of Judith at checkout, a miserable aging woman who has disgusting rude manners. To add insult she failed to scan my discount voucher today. Please take note and avoid she takes forever scanning and probably needs new glasses, a horrible rottweiler of a woman, i suggest if she hates her job so much she ought to leave.

From Tesco Metro to Express? How quietly the store has been turned from metro to express. I did not notice till the moment I started paying 10-15% more for any goods I picked up from the shelves. You couldn't justify your price hike otherwise....Appalling approach to generate more income. Staff cut, On Friday evenings only one tilt is working. In store feels like you are in post apocalyptic movie.

2/ 5

Just as Omicron is surging, they removed all coronavirus protections from the self service checkout area. Whilst they have many non-self service tills, they only ever have two open leading to long queues. This store doesn't care about the pandemic and people, only cash and profit.

Tesco, what has happened to your customer service? Fresh food is rubbish food. Your counter staff are rude and have more interested in socialising. Your prices continue to go up, but your quality goes down. Tesco Ealing Broadway used to be quite good. But in the last 12 months your staff really don't care. Freezers and fridges hardly work, leaking constantly onto the floors. 'Eartha' by far has the worst concept of customer service I've seen in any country I've ever visited. You've lost our families custom, I would suggest others do the same.

The queues at the tills are just a proof of awful management, both central and in stores. You have 20 cashier tills, of which 19 always closed, and 12 self check outs, of which 4 to 6 always broken. Get rid of 10 cashier tills and invest on 20 decent self check outs for goodness sake.

Utterly dreadful since rebranded as an 'Express'. Horrific overnight price hikes, less choice, and no more Price Match. So am voting with my feet and using the bigger Morrisons with better choice and prices litterally a 2 min walk across the road. I wish i'd switched before ! Tescos might remain good for £3 Meal Deal and convenience of Lottery, but that's not enough for me. Goodbye !
