Lack of social distancing, people flouting rules regarding face masks.

A super Tesco! I do my shopping early and have the store almost to myself as it is being stocked. Always friendly staff on the shop floor and checkouts. Stock levels always good and a great variance of every grocery item. Plenty of parking, and handy Nando and Post Office all comes part of the package! A decent sized clothing area too, so really cannot say anything negative.

I went to Tesco Extra in Great Central Way for Christmas shopping with my family. I stopped to look through clothing section where those two women work. One of them was called Agnieszka. They were very loud and screaming to each other in the middle of the shop in their native language POLiSH. It was hard not to look towards their direction. When I did one of them swore at me in their own language looking directly at me and my kids. They chose a wrong person to insult not knowing that I could understand everything that they said towards me. As I was with my small kids I didn’t want to make a scene out of it in front of them. They were very rude and continuing to swear at every customer that was around them of course in their language. Unfortunately for them I speak fluent Polish. Both of them were loudly complaining about how miserable they are working there. None of them wearing a face mask or shield. The brunette one was constantly blowing her nose and coughing. I’ve seen them running around the shop doing their private shopping while still working. It’s disappointing that people like them are employed by Tesco. You go family shopping and you get insulted by Tesco employees. Well done Tesco.

Useless place. Items shelved incorrectly preventing their purchase (Philips One Blade replacement blade), been yesterday and today, still not corrected and still on the shelves. Asking when it will be solved, they can't tell me. Why are they on the shelves then???? Also they've run out of lateral flow kits even though they're the biggest local pharmacy. I say again, useless.

Well managed. Loads of space, easy to maintain social distancing. Hand sanitisers are also on the shop floor.
