One of the worst customer service I have ever received. Rude staff who can't get to through thick head that Scottish currency is a legal tender and should be accepted. Considering this is a new £10 note and not the old one exactly the same as the new English note made from plastic. I am surprised that Tesco would even consider employing them as the a peanut would be more customer service oriented. There is no point having a wide selection of goods of the staff employee of that low calibre.

Pharmacy section takes ages, sorry I didn't wanted to be rude, but I just wanted to share my experience they said it take time to process. My point is they always take time while other store doesn't and give it straightaway. I hope this be lesson to the store and warning to loyal customers so that others won't get face it in future.

Great prices, great selection of the products. Customer service staff is friendly. At the peak time self scan and self service checkouts should be more manned up. There are not enough staff to help customers at the checkout. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes till you get help. The most disappointing element of the tesco is trolley bays. No trolleys available at the trolley bay in the car park. After finishing shopping, not all chains support the trolley lock, therefore you end up wandering in the car park looking were to put the trolley.

Probably one of Tesco's less loved stores which could do with some TLC. Trolley bays either have no trolley chain to replace trollies, or some nob attaches the wrong trolley to another one so you spend 10 minutes going round car park trying to get rid of your trolley. Self scan handsets are ancient and slow. Could do without the click and collect staff getting in the way as well (do shops not have nightshifts any more?). Staff are normally helpful though.
