It is good place to shop, food in the restaurant are reasonably good. Especially staff's nice and helpful. I always give good comments when good customer service is available. So others can also experience the same good service. Well done guys.

When are Teso going to realise that this 25+ year old store isnt at all Extra and is past its sell by date. Toilets always dirty. Fixtures and fittings just not clean - the banana stand looks like it hasnt been touched in forever. Generally a lack of product and offering. Staff are just not friendly and lack care and attention. It is seriously about time Tesco pulled this store down and built a new one (and there is space on the site consuming the old toys r u space) Only redeeming factor - Timpsons - the chaps are always friendly and fab

Upon visiting tesco extra bulls bridge o found the customer service staff to be very rude!, they left customers waiting g whilst gossiping amongst themselves, very abrupt when talking to you the customer and in general they just seem to be on their own world with each h other no apologies for making you what whilst the talked amongst themselves pretending to be busy I find it q Quite ironic that this is the 1st port of call when entering the store, and they are the CUSTOMER SERVICE most disappointing since it isn't an isolated iincident,Tesco bullsbridge should consider retraining them, had to leave a review here since it would have required me to actually ask the same customer service for assistance of the complaint procedure which I doubt I would have gotten.
