Very rude customer service yelling and shouting about Id when all we were trying to explain we can leave the shopping and come back for it! We were getting yelled over and a huge scene made out of it by the one member of staff

Asian guy with beard talking to his mate on his mobile.20:30 31/01/18 'F ing this f ing that'. Never even acknowledged my presence. Swearing while he's 'serving' me. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Also failed to remove the security sticker so I beeped on exit. He didn't do anything about it. This guy should be fired.
