One of the worst Tesco’s I’ve been to. Lack of stock, constantly lowering then raising their prices. It’s like a game to them. They don’t want Stonebridge to reach economic growth. It’s manipulative and should be replaced with an organic store that cares about the communities health and well-being, and wants people to actually come back enough to afford their items.

It’s too expensive here. I get Warburtons bread for 90p in here and even at WAITROSE that same bread is cheaper! I literally only go here if I have no choice and I need something quickly. Also, sometimes the freezer or fridge at the back don’t work so they are empty. It’s a horrible limited store.

This store is over priced & Dirty, just look at my picture. Sometimes a woman is begging money outside has a brand new iPhone 12 in her pocket, so don’t get mugged off by here. Also if you used the self checkouts, check that the price you see on the shelf is the same when you bleep it as sometimes they are completely different, Staff says it’s the self checkout’s System’s that haven’t updated, this is bull. so don’t stand for any of there nonsense.

I have been shopping in store for years as it’s my local and never experienced any problems until yesterday. I was falsely accused of stealing by the Indian security guard. It was handled in such an unprofessional manner where I was left feeling completely humiliated. Upon realising he was in the wrong he then told me to “go” disrespectfully trying to send me on my way, I then asked if he was not going to apologise, he responded with his back to me “oh yeah, sorry” how on earth is this acceptable? There was no sincerity! I believe I was discriminated against. I have since complained to customer services and await on an response within 2 days. I certainly will not be returning to this store. The team before was absolutely amazing, always went the extra mile, knew all about providing good customer service and most importantly there was DIVERSITY. The place has really gone downhill.
