Terrible customer service. Have been calling this branch for ages but they never pick up even though I've made sure it's the right number. It keeps saying there's a fault after ringing 2 times. I tried another number which told me to ring the number that I've been trying.

When I first went last year, not impressed by staff. Now, it has improved drastically. I think Ashlea is delightful and extremely helpful. The others are great as well, but I do not know their names. Some of the products are excellent. The prices are very reasonable too. To be honest, I used to just use this as a last gasp place. Now I aim for it. Seriously, this is not a grovel, I recommend it. Regards to all.
