Tesco Express bristol

For a small shop really impressed with variety. All shelves stocked well. Really lovely staff

Good, but not many food you can buy. But this place is very good!

I live 5 mins away from Tesco, and the staff are so friendly (Sarah and a young girl, Lucy to name a few). Recently the shop closed due to refurbishment because of the elderly. They wanted the shop to have bigger aisles. The queue system needs to be sorted out. The elderly need to follow the other shoppers to the queue post and not push in front of other people. Us young people (18-30) respect the a lot, but I hate it when they push in front of me!

I am quite upset i went there this evenig it was right near closing time i know, i was outside ehen i yhought they were shut then 2 young men got let in so i quickly tied my dog up to be told there shut with the security man laughing at me. Im not a v3ry confdent person and this has reallyupset me and for a employe to treata customer like this is not on

Quick service friendly staff what else do u need

Terrible new self service machines, no way to correct an item error without staff login - that would be fine except the staff aren't there to help you. It took 12 minutes for a staff member to come over tonight. I did ask someone for help but they told me it's not their job and to ask another staff member. It was very frustrating.

Had a bad experience with the checkout person who was very rude& argumentative when I asked her why she told me to go que in a differant place to where I thought was the correct place.I did as I was told and then she proceeded to serve people from the area I was told to leave while I had to wait in the que she told me to go to????This got from bad to worse and I was told to F***k off by a male customer. Not a pleasant experience and I will not be shopping there again!!!

This small shop has kept me and my 87 year old mother safe by being well stocked and all of the staff are so very helpful (always have been even before these troubled times ) I am so grateful for the selfless efforts of the people on the front line here without whom I would have had to wait in long queues to get shopping and being disabled that would be very hard moreover I probably would not be able to do that.
