I've always found this Tescos fully stocked and helpful, but tonight (pride) they showed they go above and beyond for customers. My bf had a hypo and I ran in and gathered all the full sugar coke I could grab. Once explained, they helped me buy the necessities quickly, which helped the situation greatly. I'd just like to say thank you to the guy who helped us.

Staff are minimal so you can expect a long wait as there's usually only one 1 on the till. If anything goes wrong on the multiple self service till like a reduced sticker scanning at full price then dont expect any help from the till girl except for an overly emotional speech of "I'm kind of busy here!" and leaving you to ask the security guard to come over and correct it. Also they are due to shut at 11pm but they shut the doors at 10:53 and refuse to let anyone else in

I arrived there 10min before it closed. The security didn't let me in as they "usually don't let people in 15min before they close". Unbelievable! What's the point of saying it closes at 23? Just say 22:45 for crying out of loud!

Vegan options in the meal deal section are completely out of stock a good proportion of the time, rarely anybody working the tills, and on multiple occasions staff have blocked off aisles with trolleys whilst "stocking the shelves" (stood around chatting).

I have the misfortune to live to the rear of this store, and have spent years trying to understand how they can claim to have a 'good neighour' policy. 10 years of intermittent nuisance. Currently, the noise from their freezer outlets is so deafening that when it stops briefly, it is disorientating. I can't open windows, and it's difficult to work. I've yet to find a way to phone them.
