As a returning customer to Tesco Bank, I am completely dissatisfied with the service. I obtained a friendlier and more professional service at the Bank of Scotland, not to mention a far better rate. This firm should stick to selling loafs of bread and not banking.

Don’t bother asking Tesco Bank to sort a charge back on your Tesco credit card. They tell you by automated reply that they have a backlog of 6 weeks before they even look at your claim. Very sorry that I gave up my Nationwide credit card. Had excellent service there. Still waiting with no response from them. They are completely useless! I would never deal with these incompetent fools ever again.
