Candice has been my PT for the last few months now and I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a PT in Newcastle/Cardiff area. She takes time to explain the exercise, corrects your form to avoid injuries and mixes up the sessions so that no two are the same. She pushes you to challenge yourself. I look forward to getting even fitter and stronger with her as my PT.
