Taking on far too many patients and then you can't get an appointment for at least 4wks. Just STOP with registering new patients and concentrate on the many you already have

I have been registered for years with this practice but never really had any support so always went to the hospital directly when I needed something.

The receptionists can be very rude and I have had very unpleasant experiences over the years with them. On average it will take 3/4 weeks to get an appointment. When you are eventually seen, it feels like that don’t care about you and are trying to rush you out. Finally I am moving GP after nothing but bad experiences.

Do not go there

I have no issues. I am happy with my Dr. Wilson.

I needed to collect the prescription. Rang the reception desk asking if they could wait until 6:02 pm - arriving time as per my GPS/navigation system (closing at 6:00). They said "No. Ok, good bye". No questions asked, very surprised and disappointed...

Went to the surgery in total desperation. My son had passed away and I went to see if I cld see my doctor. I explained everything to the nurse, that I was having really bad thoughts and wanted to be with my son. Have to say Judy the nurse was excellent. She went and explained everything to my doctor and she came back with a prescription. My doctor had refused to see me.

Helpful friendly staff

Doctors here are totally incompetent. Giving out terrible advice that I have no doubt in my mind has cost lives. Avoid at all costs.

Rude guy just closed the door right before my face 3 minutes before the break time. I was with small child only to collect prescription..
