Temple Street Dental Practice oxford

The team at temple street are always so professional.and helpful I have been a patient with the practice since it first opened and this is by far the best dental practice Ive ever visited. The dentist makes time to explain the treatment plan and always manage to put me at ease. Thanks for all you do guys.

I had a great experience here. I visited the other day for a check up with a different dentist to normal. She told me I would need a filling. I had my filling yesterday which I was extremely nervous about before however she calmed me down and was brilliant.

This practice is one of the most up to date in this county, and probably well beyond too, given their amazing in-house technology. I have had a fear, almost a phobia, about dentists since a child back in the late 1940's. But gratefully finding this practice several years ago, my fears have diminished to almost nothing. Temple St Dental Practice is always friendly and professional. The quality of dentistry is very high, in my opinion. I highly recommend it. I took off a star because I didn't get a reminder for my last appointment. However, I usually do.

"Very professional practice in every way from online booking and reception to Healthcare professionals. After five years in another area of the country I was very pleased to be able to return to this practice. I have some health concerns which also relate to mouth care and was not confident about going to a new dentist to discuss them. I always feel at ease at Temple Dental and the dentists and hygeinists are thorough and take time to listen and give the best considered professional advice and care. I left feeling very confident about my treatment plan.

Welcoming and professional practice. Nice receptionists gave me a chair so I could take a sit while waiting outside. They were friendly and helpful over the phone as well. Keep going with COVID safety precautions.

I joined this practice just over a year ago and they are all amazing! I'm really phobic of any dentist due to some horrific childhood experiences and as an adult having a filling done awake but the local anesthesia didn't work (my ex-dentist didn't believe I was in pain and I collapsed on the stairs in shock afterwards). On my very first visit to Temple, I got so scared that I ran out of the room and out the building. It didn't faze them at all and they were really supportive. Not long after I escaped, I got a lovely and reassuring message from them. They genuinely care! The next time, I talked everything through about my fears with my dentist, Dr Mori and what my triggers are for my sudden high alert - helped me vent and helped him know how to stop me running again. I felt supported and looked after as they wanted to make it a pleasant experience (if a dentist visit can be). I feel safe with the dentist I have now and he listens which is all I've ever wanted in a dentist. He explains everything and he takes the fear out of it. I'm not afraid to say I'm scared or to stop him. It's all done on my timing and that really helps as I don't feel out of control. I still don't like going but I have the trust that nothing bad will ever happen to me whilst I'm there. Highly recommend especially for phobic patients as everyone from the reception team to the nursing team to my actual dentist are all calm and gentle. I'm a patient for life !
