I have been a patient for years and everyone in the surgery are the most caring and helpful I ever met in my life. You are never rushed out of the door they really care for you. Booked appointment in november and had to wait untill january ! Came 10 mins earlier and waited 50 mins without seeing the doctor. I had to leave as i needed to be elsewere 1h later so i requested a reschedule, i was told that nearest was another 20 days later.... I think this says it all

Only tried to make appointment twice. Was a wait of 3 weeks each time, needless to say I made alternative arrangements

This medical practice is brilliant, everyone is so helpful. A big thank to Dr. Yang, she is so professional, so kind and considerate, I am a Mandarin speaker, she explains me my problem in all different ways to make me understand. big salute.

I recently registered at this practice and so far they've been really efficient and I'm very happy with it. Nurse Leann is a star and Dr Yang is just great!

How this medical centre has 3 stars is beyond me. I only go to a doctor if there is a serious problem, every time they are not taking it serious or have shown no clue what they are doing, and most importantly they just reply 95% of the times with just rest, take paracetamol, see how you feel in the next few days... THAT when you go to them with serious problem. My girlfriend turned out to have a serious stomachgoo ulcer condition, they did nothing !!! nothing! I had serious problems with depression and anxiety to the point i could not do basic tasks at home or work and they told me to go outside and exercise.

Have had first class treatment from any doctor I have visited

Such an improvement compared to our last practice. Receptionists are friendly and non judgemental. The nurse and health visitors are lovely. My partner got an appointment with the doctor on the same day.
