Ordered from here waited for over an hour when my food was due to be delivered they cancelled my order. Do not recommend they have a poor customer service and when trying to phone the chain they answered the phone then hung up.

Useless when I try order off just eat they always cancel the order thinking the food is on the way an hour later. And then when we try calling they tell me to only pay card and not cash! Doesn't make sense, also telling me I messed up orders from a few weeks ago when we never ordered from her before. Never try to order food from this place not worth the hassle

Refuse to take orders if they can’t see your phone number come up - even though my phone is not withheld - and refuse to let you give them your number, and then say their card machine doesn’t work. Amazing food, shame about the customer service.

Been going here for years and always been great food, Pizzas taste great and the mild chilli sauce is to die for, pleasant staff cant ask for much more.

Awful. After ordering off just eat they called and said we would have to pay an extra £2 for delivery to stretford or our order would be cancelled. We recieved what was suppose to be a chicken calzone.. the meat was not chicken. Sure there were shreds of chicken in it but most of the meat was what tasted like duck (it was brown, tasted gamey and salty) Called the restaurant and the manager was very rude and said it cant be duck as they dont serve it and went on about he is the only one who goes to the market blah blah and that it was definately chicken. Well pal, it was not chicken. Not at all.
