What a poor and shambolic courier service. Ordered items from IKEA and due to our location had to wait over 2 weeks. Arranged for someone to be in all day to sign for it only for the driver to be at the wrong address then leave. Contacted them soon after only to be told that the driver would not return and would be two days later instead. Two days later and no delivery, it hadn't been booked in for today! Another day wasted waiting in to sign for it. Would avoid this company at all costs! Far easier and quicker to use a private courier to collect the items yourself.

Terrible service. I had ordered some items from an eBay seller. They were for mothers day. They been with this courier since 8th, no update on tracking since 9th. No attempted delivery, no card left. Both me and the supplier from eBay been trying to contact by phone and email all week, neither of us got through. I was on hold for 30mins without anyone answering. My suppliers local depot, said this depot were having issues with backlog from weather, which I can understand, but been nearly 2 weeks since the snow has passed and that cannot be used as an excuse not to answer the phone or email to your customers. POOR SERVICE!
